I got this grill and thing is just falling apart. Will not light, and cooks uneven. I called company up and they told me that the real Ducane went out of business and they are not going to take any warranty claims. They took there name to fool all of us to think Ducane was still making there grills.
We received the grill when promised, and it arrived in perfect condition.
Easy to assemble. Have grilled on it about 5 times now and love the size and the features. It is perfect for what I was looking for. No fancy features, just a great grill.
